Stubborn

It is the end of November, it is snowing and our one tree still has most of its leaves. At least it's not a heavy snow that I have to worry about losing branches.

Winter in Ohio

After a cold and snowy sort of weekend, it got pretty nice here yesterday - close to 60⁰ for the high. Here we are starting the day near 60⁰, by the end of the day the temperature will be dropping 34⁰. Tomorrow, the slide continues.

A Rainbow Makes a Promise

Saw this on our drive home last night:

Every time I see a rainbow, I'm reminded of the song we used to sing at church.

The lyrics went something like this:
A rainbow makes a promise,
that life is here to stay,
promise means there's more to life than what we know today.

I'd like to be a rainbow, and promise life to you.
