Office Max Deals - 7/15

While I was out running my errands on Sunday, I found myself in the plaza with Office Max. I can't say that any of their deals would have found me making a special trip, but since I was there, I decided it was probably a good idea to take advantage of their deals. I just wish that we had the lists for the two classes so that we could make sure we were getting the right combination of school supplies. So far, I'm sticking with the supplies that we will use at home if we don't need them at school.

Office Max Deals - 7/8

It really seems a lot too early to be looking at back to school deals. I know, I admitted a few weeks ago that I was using The Children's Place sales and free shipping offers to get my kids their school clothes for next year, but now school supplies! We don't even have our official lists yet, so I had to stick to the 'normal' stuff and/or stuff we can use at home.

1 - 12 pk Sharpie Fine Black Markers
9 - 2-pocket folders (I thought we had 10?)

Total $5.50 plus $.36 tax.

My son also decided to splurge on a special notebook with a sports theme. I told him that if we waited, we would likely see them for less later this summer, but he wasn't convinced.

Office Max Deals

At the end of last week, Friday maybe, I had sent my husband to Office Max, coupons in hand. He picked up five packs of filler paper for 20 cents each. I thought I had gotten a pretty good deal (although, did you notice that 200 sheets of filler paper is not the standard anymore?).

So, on Sunday, when the ad came out, of course the paper was much cheaper. I stopped by, because I was at another store in the same plaza and picked up three packs for 3 cents total.

I think we are good on paper for a while.

While I was out and about on Tuesday evening, I stopped in at Office Max.

Total $.25 OOP. A whole quarter for everything!

My daughter was pleased to get a new ruler. She broke her ruler a while back and she informed me that she wanted one "for measuring", when we saw them on sale. Really, what 4-year old doesn't fill her day with measuring.
