Mamavation Monday

It's the start of a new week and I am ready to refocus my efforts in weight loss. I have spent about the last month stuck on a plateau. This, followed by a weekend of travel that found me making reasonable food choices, but perhaps not the best portion choices, has me ready to really get started again on my journey.

Today, I entered Phase 2 of P90X. I am excited to move on to the next sets of exercises. Some of my favorite workouts are part of this phase.

The weather forecast is looking much better and I think that I will finally be able to resume walking regularly at lunch time (of course, it is a short work week). This added exercise should help me on my path to weight loss and hopefully allow me to break through the plateau. Perhaps if I win a pair of Earth Footwear, I can make this walking even more effective.

From an eating perspective, after a weekend of being lazy about tracking, it is time to return to tracking and measuring what I eat.

Summer is only 2 months away and I really would like to reach my goal. I have lost 27# since September and have 13# to go to my goal (at least my current goal).
