Target - Pizza and Ice Cream Deal!

As I looked at the paper last week, I discovered a deal at Target, that I simply knew that I must take advantage of - free ice cream when you buy pizza. What is there not to like about that combination?

2 - DiGiorno Pizzas
1 - CPK Pizza
1 - Nestle Drumsticks

-$2 DiGiorno Pizza IP (printed a few weeks ago)
-$2 DiGiorno Pizza IP
-$1 DiGiorno Pizza Target coupon
-$1 DiGiorno Pizza Target coupon

-$5.99 FREE Drumsticks wyb 3 participating pizzas

-$.05 Reusable bag credit

-$.45 Target RedCard savings

Total $8.49 for 3 pizzas and ice cream. That is not a bad deal at all!

Target Deals - 7/28

Do you ever get to the store and realize that to maximize your deal, you should have printed just one more coupon? Happened to me yesterday. I ran out last minute to use my Kohl's Cash before it expired, and before we headed out for a date night. I decided to stop at Target too, because I knew there was a deal on toothpaste I wanted to take advantage of. When I got there, I realized that I could have used one more Target coupon for the Wet Ones wipes.
1 - Aquafresh Kids Toothpaste
2 - Wet Ones 48ct Tubs

-$1 Aquafresh Target coupon
-$1 Aquafresh Mfg coupon (IPon Aquafresh.com)
-$1.10 $1.10/2 Wet Ones mfg coupon
-$.50 Wet Ones Target coupon

Total $3.07 plus $.34 tax OOP.

I would have liked to save the extra 50c, but it was still a pretty good deal regardless.

Neutrogena Revitalizing Lip Balm

Recently, I started a new BzzCampaign. I with through a long period where I didn't have many BzzCampaigns, but I actually have three going on right now! The one I wanted to share about today though is the Neutrogena Cosmetic BzzCampaign. One of my favorite products in the mix is the Neutrogena Revitalizing Lip Balm. I love having color on my lips and if that color can help my lips "look softer, rosier, fuller and more defined" in just one week, all the while providing SPF 20 protection - I'm in!

I have only been using it for a couple of days, but I love how it stays "wet" feeling on my lips. As I rub my lips together, I can still feel the moistness on my lips. The color selection is great - Sheer Shimmer, Healthy Blush, Sunny Berry, Petal Glow, Soft Caramel and Fresh Plum.

Deal Seeking Mom shared a Target deal and it shows the Neutrogena Revitalizing Lip Balm in the picture, but the description in the deal simply says Neutrogena Lipp Balm. I'm not sure the Revitalizing one is included or not, but if it is this is a great deal!

(this color is one of my favorites: Sunny Berry)

Neutrogena Lip Balm - $2.49

-$2/1 Neutrogena Cosmetics Target IP

Total OOP $.49!

Now, even if the Revitalizing line is not on this deal for $2.49, the $2 coupon could still make it a good deal.

No compensation was received for this post. I received product and coupons to share through the BzzCampaign as a BzzAgent. All opinions expressed are my own or that of my family.

Target Deals - 8/28

In need of a few things, we headed out and did some shopping on Sunday evening. I guess it has been a while since I shopped on a Sunday, as I forgot that some stores still close at 6 pm on Sunday. Luckily, Target wasn't one of them. Unfortunately, the transactions at Target were less than easy.
4 - Febreeze Set & Refresh
1 - Febreeze Air Effects

-$1 any Febreeze mfg coupon (from Parade)
-$1 any Febreeze mfg coupon (from Parade)
-$1 Febreeze Set & Refresh mfg coupon
-$1 Febreeze Set & Refresh mfg coupon
-$1 Febreeze Air Effects mfg coupon

Total $7.50 OOP, earn $5 Target Gift Card. Not too bad getting these items for $.50 each after the gift card. We like the Set & Refresh in our half bath. They provide a nice scent without the need to plug it in.

Unfortunately, despite the ad not specifying limited scents and the shelves seeming to be widely marked with the offer, we managed to grab one that was not included on the deal. I guess when it rang up at $3 instead of $2.50, I should have seen that as a sign. The cashier quickly price corrected in the system, but at the end of the transaction, it didn't prompt her to give me a gift card. A trip to customer service (which of course had a line that was already 3 deep) and a walk back to the air freshener aisle provided the realization that it wasn't included. We had to return and rebuy in order to get the deal. I was glad that it worked in the end, but it really was a lot more effort than it needed to be. I still am not sure why one scent of the Set & Refresh would not be included when essentially every other one was.

Target Deals - 10/7

My daughter's room at daycare is doing an apple theme next week and I signed up to bring in a pack of applesauce cups. So, after my meeting on Thursday night, I stopped by Target to pick up their Mott's deal. I did the deal last year and it really is a great deal.

2 - Mott's Apple Juice
3 - Mott's Natural Apple Sauce (the no sugar added variety)

Total $8.51 OOP, received a $5 Target gift card. In the end, I effectively paid $.67 each for the apple sauce and $.75 each for the apple juice. I think those are great prices. I might actually head back on Saturday and do the deal one more time. I thought about picking up 10 items on Thursday when I stopped, but for whatever reason, I walked right by the carts and carrying 2 bottles of apple juice and 3 packages of apple sauce was almost too much for me, so getting double that would not have worked.

Target - Dr. Pepper Deal!

Since I had the chance to grab the Target Dr. Pepper coupons from the banner ad, I decided to stop at Target tonight and pick up some Dr. Pepper. Noting that they did not have it on sale, I scoured my other local ads to figure out who best to price match.

4 - Dr. Pepper 12 packs
4 - Dr. Pepper 2L

-$4 4x$1 Dr. Pepper 12 pack, Target coupon
-$1.50 2x$.75/2 Dr. Pepper 2L, Target coupon

Total $7.92 (plus tax = $8.43). After matching CVS ad of 4/$10 on the 12 pack, each 12pk cost me $1.50 after coupon and after matching a local grocery ad of $.88 for the 2L, each 2L cost me about $.50 after coupon.

Target - Dr. Pepper Coupon

There is a coupon banner that is appearing on Coupons.com right now (might need to reload a few times to find it) that is a link to a Target coupon for Dr. Pepper. The two that I was able to find are $.75 off the purchase of two 2-L of Dr. Pepper and $1 off one 12-pk Dr. Pepper.

The coupon expires on Saturday, 8/28. Not sure what the current price is, but it should be reasonable with coupon. The picture on the 12pk coupon is for the Anniversary edition (like Throwback, it is made with sugar).

Good luck searching. Thanks Deal Seeking Mom for sharing about this coupon banner.

Retail Therapy

I'm not sure what it was about today, but I did a lot of shopping. Some with the whole family, some with just my daughter and some on my own.

We started our trip at Kohl's. We had a $10 on $10 coupon that a friend had given us and a 20% off catalog. We wound up with a pair of shoes and a shirt for my son, a dress and a pair of shorts for my daughter, and 4 shirts for my husband.

We made a few other stops, including lunch at Steak 'n Shake, where we spent only $13.50, because the kids eat free on the weekend.

CVS
After dropping off my husband and son, my daughter and I headed to CVS.

4 - Glade Sense and Spray refill
2 - Coppertone Spray Sunscreen

-$1/2 Glade Sense and Spray refill mfg coupon
-$1/2 Glade Sense and Spray refill mfg coupon
-$3 $3/$15 Suncare CRT
-$1 Coppertone IP
-$1 Coppertone IP

Paid with $21 in ECBs (including a $5 ECB I had gotten for completing a CVS advisor survey) and $5.14 OOP ($1.66 was tax). I earned $5 and $10 ECBs. Of course, I came home and found a $2 Coppertone IP that I had printed earlier and didn't find when I was looking. Oh well!

Rite Aid

Our next stop was Rite Aid. Luckily before leaving, I had checked out the video value coupons and watched the one for Clearasil and I got a $3 coupon.

1 - Lubriderm (had to get the big one, not free but still a good price)
1 - Clearasil Foaming Face Wash
1 - Rite Aid Kids Toothbrush, 2 pack
1 - Jergens Natural Glow Lotion
1 - Blink Tears

-$5 $5/$25 Rite Aid coupon
-$3 Lubriderm in ad coupon
-$2 Lubriderm IP
-$3 Clearasil Video Value coupon
-$1 Clearasil mfg coupon
-$2 Jergens Natural Glow mfg coupon
-$2 Blink Tears IP

Total $9.86 ($1.21 was tax). I will submit for the $7.99 Blink SCR at the end of the month, for a net cost of $1.87 for everything.

K-Mart

Next we drove to Kmart to take advantage of the Super Double Coupons and to get some Turkey! Unfortunately, I failed to read some coupons and had to put some stuff back because they were do not double and without doubling, it just didn't make sense. Also, the chest freezer where the Jennie-O Turkey is normally sold was completely empty. I asked about the unseasoned breast meat and the worker couldn't find any. He was able to find me some of the ground turkey, so I picked up some of that as well as a few other things.
(dairy and frozen were already put away)

10 - Jennie-O turkey items - ground, tenderloin, bacon, deli and So Easy meal
1 - Jergens Natural Glow facial moisturizer
1 - Jergens Natural Glow moisturizer
1 - Secret Deodorant
1 - Whiskas Cat Food
2 - Fancy Feast Appetizer
1 - Arm & Hammer Detergent
1 - Ziploc Vacuum Bags
2 - Gushers
1 - Taco Bell Sauce
1 - Taco Bell Taco Seasoning
2 - Ritz Bitz
1 - Digiorno Deep Dish
1 - Red Baron Deep Dish
1 - Tornados
1 - Loaf Wonder Whole Grain White

Total $33.43, paid on a gift card I had received for free. Saved $68.79 (or about 70%).

We stopped home to drop off all of our frozen items and headed out to pick up pizza for dinner (not a stellar eating day, but it was easy!) and a quick stop at a grocery store.

Acme
Acme frequently features 2 day sales on the weekend. This weekend, they were having a special on Capri Sun 2/$3, since we like to freeze these and tuck them in our bag when we go to the park or a game, I couldn't pass up this sale. They also have their Berry Bonanza going on with all the berries at $1.48/pkg.

2 - Capri Sun (10pk)
5 - packs of assorted Berries
4 - bananas
1 - gallon milk
1 - 12pk Sunkist
1 - Powerade

Total $16.27 OOP.

After the kids were in bed and I realized that it was a day later than I thought, I headed out to use some coupons that were going to expire today.

Target
Target didn't have the wipes I was looking for, but I had some Target coupons that were expiring, so I picked up some deals.

2 - kids Band Aids
2 - kids Nexcare Bandages
1 - Neosporin to Go
1 - First Aid Bag (free with 3 first aid items)
2 - Bottles of Water
1 - Hamper

-$.50 Target Nexcare coupon
-$.50 Target Nexcare coupon
-$1 Nexcare mfg coupon
-$1 Nexcare mfg coupon
-$.50 Neosporin mfg coupon
-$.50 Target Wet Ones coupon

Total 19.27 ($10 was the hamper), paid on two free gift cards. I'll also submit the BandAid/Neosporin for a free first aid kit (with $15 in coupons).

Giant Eagle

I headed to Giant Eagle to pick up some groceries, after all of the shopping today, I didn't want to think about going out tomorrow. I picked up yogurt for me (3 Greek yogurts) and for the kids (2 - 6pk Trix), burrito and soft taco shells, enchilada sauce and taco seasoning, lettuce, tomatoes, pablano peppers, and grapes, wipes, Snuggle dryer sheets, 2 tubes kids toothpaste, My total was $17.97 with a savings of $15.46 or 46% savings. I put $7.30 on a gift card and the remaining $10.67 OOP.

Walmart

Since I couldn't find the Huggies Pull-ups wipes anywhere and my coupons expired today, I headed out to Walmart before going home.

4 - Huggies Pull-Ups Wipes
3 - Pampers Wipes (for a friend)
1 - Welch's White Grape Juice
2 - Silly Bandz (some other brand, but those shaped rubber bands)
1 - Johnson's Safety Swabs

-$4 4x$1 Pull-Ups Wipes mfg coupon
-$6 3x$2 Pampers Wipes mfg coupon
-$1 Welch's 100% Juice IP

Total $8.14 OOP.

It was a busy day for me. Aside from Kohl's and lunch, I spent $50.08 OOP (plus $60 on gift cards) for everything and saved $181.12 with coupons and sales. Not too bad. So, for only $50.08 cash OOP, I got $291.20 worth of product (83% savings). I will also be submitting for a $7.99 SCR and a free first aid kit with $15 in coupons, further increasing my savings.

Target Deals - 5/22

Thankfully, I happened to read FishMama's latest post on Life As Mom before heading out to do my shopping today. As a result, I remembered that there was a Kashi deal that I wanted to take advantage of at Target, so instead of heading to Walmart to pick up treats to take to my son's baseball game, I headed to Target. Unfortunately, I only had my coupon organizer and not my grocery coupons, so I didn't have as many Kashi coupons as I had planned to. I still did good though.

Transaction #1

5 - Kashi Granola/Cereal Bars

-$1.50 Kashi Cereal coupon
-$1.50 Kashi Cereal coupon

-$1 Kashi granola bar coupon (from a peelie)

I don't usually enter or share many sweepstakes, but there is a two day sweepstakes going on at Target. Enter to win a $10,000 gift card drawing. In addition, you are eligible to win gift cards or could get a coupon for a free medium soda for this weekend. You can read terms and conditions on here.

Target Deals

Well, I learned the other day when I headed over to Target.com to check out the coupons that Target got a new program for generating their coupons. There was a great $1/1 Pepsi 12-pack coupon that I was excited to use. I got my Super Kmart ad the next day and they were featuring 12-pk Pepsi products 5 for $10. So, on Friday night after work, I headed to Target. I went to the kiosk first, like I always do so that I could print my coupons for the shopping trip. Only problem, nothing comes up when you click Grocery Coupons. I called over the service desk employee and he played with it for a little while and concluded that he didn't know what was wrong. My theory is that it is related to their new software. I am very bummed by this. I really liked using their paper and ink to print their coupons and now, it doesn't appear that this will be an option. I did have the two I was able to print from home, so I went ahead and picked those up. While looking for the variety I wanted, I found that Market Pantry Apple Juice was being substituted for the Ocean Spray that was on special this week, but out.

Transaction #1
2 - 12pk Mtn Dew Voltage
2 - Market Pantry Apple Juice

-$1 Pepsi 12-pk Target coupon
-$1 Pepsi 12-pk Target coupon
-$.05 bag credit

Total $4.70. Paid with $.67 on one gift card and $4.03 on the other gift card. I like buying stuff without paying with actual cash.

For more deals, check out Super Savings Saturday and Shopping Superstars.

I had to stop at Target to fill a prescription the other morning, while there, I decided to pick up a few items.

-$1 Chinet Printable

Total $7.96 OOP, earn $5 Gift Card

-$1 Up & Up Diapers or Wipes coupon
-$1 $1/2 Rayovac Mfg coupon
-$1 $1/2 Rayovac Mfg coupon

Total $4.33, paid with gift card from Transaction #1.

I got everything pictures for under $8 and I still have $.67 on the gift card. In addition, I had gotten a register coupon the other day for $20 Gift Card with new prescription, so I also got that when I picked up my prescription.

Monsters, Inc and Up DVD Deal

Yesterday, Monsters, Inc and Up were released on Blu-Ray. A while back, I saw the Target coupon as part of their toy coupons release for $10 off when you purchased both the Monster, Inc and the Up Blu-Ray. There also was a coupon for Monsters, Inc available through Disney Movie Rewards, that my husband had found.

In looking through my ads this weekend, it appeared that the best price for the Blu-Ray combo (includes DVD) was at Best Buy - $23.99 for Up and $18.99 for Monsters, Inc (when you purchase Up too). I sent my husband to Target to do the price match and pick up the Blu-Ray combos using the Target toy coupon.

Here is the deal:
1 - Up Blu-Ray/DVD combo(rang up at $19.99)
1 - Monsters, Inc Blu-Ray/DVD combo(price matched at $18.99)

-$10 Up Blu-Ray Combo pack IP
-$8 Monsters, Inc Blu-Ray Combo pack IP
-$10 Target Coupon when you buy Up and Monsters, Inc Blu-Ray

Total $12.86 OOP. The best part is that I will buy two boxes of pasta (which we use) and will then submit for the Pasta and a Movie rebate of $4. My net price for each of the Blu-Ray/DVD combos will be $4.43! Wow! That is an amazing price for a DVD, and even more so for both the Blu-Ray and the DVD.

Since we bought it at Target, we also got their exclusive "My Adventure Journal" for free as well.

I actually didn't learn about the $10 Up IP until after he made his purchase (thank you Deal Seeking Mom). So, I called Target and asked if I would need to repurchase to use the coupon and they told me they could scan my receipt and do it as a missed coupon. Super easy - my husband said it took about 2 minutes to get the $10 credit back.

Target Toy Coupons

I came upon these coupons last night. They appear to be on Target's site, so I have no reason to believe they are altered or otherwise invalid. I say this, because last year there was an altered coupon for Target. If anyone knows otherwise, please let me know.

I tested it this morning using the online coupon code and it worked. The coupons are good through November 25th.

Thanks!

Target Holiday Toy Coupons

Don't forget, there are family game coupons and toy coupons available through Hasbro.com and on coupons.com. These will stack to make some great deals.

Target Deals and more!

The kids and I had a very busy morning this morning.

Our first stop was Kohl's. I got some Christmas gifts - Sit'n Spin (on sale for $19.24 - $10 coupon), Potato Head (on sale for $5.49 - $2 coupon), Barbies (50% off sticker) all on a great deal. I also picked up a Halloween costume for next year. Not only did I save 15% off the sale prices, but I also got $10 in Kohl's cash for next year.

The next stop was Target. Here we had hoped to get some free Chex Mix, but they no longer carry the smaller bags at check-out. I hadn't brought in my regular coupons, so when I bought some bigger bags, I got a deal, but not as good of a deal as I could. They also raised the prices on Nut Clusters, from $2.34 to $2.50. Here's what I got:
2 - Nature Valley Nut Clusters
2 - Chex Mix Bags
2 - Quaker Granola Bars
1 - Ocean Spray Cran Pomegranate
1 - Gatorade (not a deal, but we were out and drink it when we are sick)

-$1.60 Nature Valley Nut Clusters Mfg coupon
-$1.60 Nature Valley Nut Clusters Mfg coupon
-$1 Chex Mix Target coupon
-$1 Chex Mix Target coupon
-$1 $1/2 Quaker Mfg coupon
-$.50 Quaker Target coupon
-$.50 Quaker Target coupon
-$1 Ocean Spray peelie
-$1 Ocean Spray Target coupon

Total $8.13. I saved 56%.

The next stop was Edible Arrangements, where I picked up the free 6 pieces of chocolate dipped fruit from becoming a Fan on Facebook. They were all Strawberries. Not that I'm complaining, but I was hoping for some Pineapple or other fruits.

The next stop was Acme, where they were having a one day sale. I picked up 6 2-L of Pepsi products, 4 jars of Jif, 1 jar of Grape Jelly, 1 Whole Frozen Turkey Breast (5.75#), 3 bags of Lay's Potato Chips and Snuggle Dryer Sheets (80ct). My total was $22.83. The regular price on the turkey alone was over $13. My savings was 58%.

Our next stop was Barnes and Noble. We went there for the kids to get a free Hot Chocolate and Cookie. While there, they also got a bag of treats from a local radio station. Cost = $0.

Next up...a stop to the grocery, for some Trick or Treating and our groceries.

Target Deals

After the kids went to bed last night, I headed up to Target to get a couple of things, including the Fiber One bars that are on deal this week. I had a blast! I found some really great deals, many of which I had been reading about on other sites. I also found out that a number of things I bought this weekend are now on a deeper clearance - does Target price adjust? I suppose the other option would be to rebuy and return, but I'm not sure how much effort it is worth.

I broke my purchase up into two transactions so that I could use the $5 gift card from the Fiber One deal.

Transaction #1

The IP coupons are from the coupon widget on my sidebar and the SmartSource website. The Target coupons were from their webpage - I print them every time I got to Target, so I have more/less of some.

A few of the items - the two games and the construction paper - will be set aside for holiday gifts.

Target Deals - 8/26

I headed out to Target tonight because I needed to pick up a reward Cinderella figurine since my daughter has stayed completely dry, even through nap, for the past two days. Plus, I wanted to take advantage of their Quaker Oatmeal deal. As luck would have it, I found the snack bars first and I decided to do the deal twice so I could get the oatmeal, but also some of the snack items.

I had all kinds of issues though. First, despite shelf tags indicating different pricing, the Quaker deal items seemed to all be ringing up at $2.74. Second, when my cashier was checking me out, she didn't complete my first order before scanning my second and I wound up with an extra box of cereal on my first receipt, that was conveniently duplicated on my second order. I visited customer service to have this corrected. I'm always a little frustrated when I have to visit customer service to have something corrected, but I kept my cool - the folks at the customer service desk are cordial and helpful and I always appreciate good customer service.

Here's what I got:

Transaction #1
2 - Quaker Simple Harvest Bars
1 - Quaker True Delights
1 - Quaker Quakes
1 - Quaker Life Cereal

-$1 Quaker Naturals Mfg coupon
-$1 Quaker Life Cereal Mfg coupon
-$1 Quaker True Delights Mfg coupon
-$.50 Quaker Rice Snacks Mfg coupon

Total (after Customer Service corrected mishap) $7.12 OOP. Earned a $5 Gift Card.

Transaction #2
4 - Quaker Instant Oatmeal (10 + 2 bonus packs)
1 - Quaker Capn' Crunch Cereal

-$5 Gift Card from Transaction #1

Paid $8.30 OOP. Earned a $5 Gift Card.

Transaction #3
1 - Up Handsoap
1 - Cinderella (for my princess)

-$5 Gift Card from Transaction #2

Paid $.14 OOP.

Total OOP $15.56 for 4 boxes of Oatmeal, 2 boxes of cereal, 3 boxes of cereal bars, 1 bag of snacks, 1 soap and 1 princess.

Target Deals
