After a week of traveling, the menu this week seems very simple - mostly because we are eating from the pantry and freezer. I haven't made a full grocery store trip - stopping in for a few minutes to pick up milk, bread, bananas and carrots. I might need to make a stop at the store mid-week, but hopefully can wait for the weekend.

Breakfast is cereal or oatmeal each morning, although sometimes at school my daughter will have pancakes or french toast. For my son, lunch is either the menu item at school, a packed lunch with some type of sandwich. Lunch for my husband and I is typically sandwiches, frozen meals or leftovers.
