Fall has definitely settled in. The leaves are in their full glory, the drive to work is paved in yellow, red, green and other colors of fall. Our Pinterest experiments last week were about 50/50. There were some dishes that were okay, but not stellar. There were some that were pretty tasty. I was glad to have made an investment in an immersion blender to make soup.
Sports are starting to wind down, but we still have a few commitments this week, that necessitate some quick and/or prep ahead meals.
Chicken Gravy over Biscuits
Breakfast is cereal or oatmeal each morning. Lunch for the kids is either the school lunch or usually a couple of times a week they pack. Lunch for my husband and me is typically sandwiches, frozen meals or leftovers.
