We had a great weekend and I did not go to the grocery store (unless a quick trip to Target 30 minutes before I was planning to serve 10 adults and 9 children dinner on Sunday night). In fact, aside from Sunday's meal, I hadn't really planned anything. I know that it is a tough week if I don't plan, so I finally sat down last night and planned us to the weekend. The weekend is a bit up in the air, but we will do just fine. I also made a quick trip to Giant Eagle. With all of the recent Land O' Lakes coupons (and the buy one get one rebate), the sale at Giant Eagle was a good one to stock up.

Breakfast is cereal or oatmeal each morning, although sometimes at school my daughter will have pancakes or french toast. For my son, lunch is either the menu item at school or a packed lunch with some type of sandwich. Lunch for my husband and me is typically sandwiches, frozen meals or leftovers.
