I suppose it is Tuesday already and technically, I plan the week's menu on Sunday, so that I can shop on Sunday, but here is my plan for this week.
Our deep freeze needed to be defrosted, so on Saturday, I moved everything from the deep freeze into our two refrigerator freezers. I decided that I should start to use up that stuff, so I am cooking from the freezer this week. I have started to make a dent and intend to use it up, rather than return it to the deep freeze - with the exception of the cheese and butter that I will move back.

Breakfast is cereal or oatmeal each morning. Lunch for the kids is either the school lunch or usually a couple of times a week they pack. Lunch for my husband and me is typically sandwiches, frozen meals or leftovers.
