This was a bit of an odd week. My husband was out of town last weekend, which really messed with my workout schedule. It is a lot harder when it is just me and the kids. We went on one walk, but that was about it. Then last night, my youngest had a stomach bug, which kept me up much of the night, so I lost my opportunity to work out again. I hope to get back into the grove with exercising next week. Of course, I seem to be getting a bit of a cold, which never helps with motivation.
I had some stressful days at work too, which didn't help, as I found myself nibbling on things, when I normally wouldn't be. Hopefully, I can get back on track with my eating next week too.
Despite it all, I did manage to lose a 1/2 pound, which is better than nothing.
