CVS Deals - 1/31

I headed out to CVS on Sunday with plans to do a few of the deals. Then, as I was shopping, I decided that overall, I really didn't need many of the items, having a pretty well stocked linen closet. I also learned that the Slim Fast deal was not BOGO, which for some reason, I thought it was. I decided that the value wasn't there (I was right, Walmart carries them for $3.25 each - much better than the $4.99 at CVS, even with consideration of the $1.50 ECB on two). I did take advantage of a few free deals:

Paid with $6 ECB and $.79 OOP ($.23 + tax). Earned $5.49, $2 and $1 (green bag tag) ECB.

Transaction #2
1 - Dove Men + Care Bodywash

-$1.25 Dove Bodywash coupon

Paid with $3 ECBs from Transaction #1 and $1.54 OOP ($1.24 + tax). Earned $5.49 ECBs.

For the day, I spent $2.33 and improved my ECBs from $6 to $10.98. A net profit of $2.65 for the day.
