Is it really already Tuesday? We had the opportunity to spend Easter with a lot of different people, which meant some driving and as a result of spending time with family and driving, I really just feel like I am a day behind. I headed to the grocery store on Monday, but it wasn't my weekly shopping that I accomplished, it was a pick up for dinner and a couple of items to get the week going (milk, fresh fruit, veggies). If I can pull things together from the freezer and pantry, I might just make it through until Saturday and try to fit in my regular shopping then.

Pierogie and Sausage
TBD - we have a birthday party that we are attending
My son enjoyed an extra long weekend, so Monday, he got to eat lunch at home. He tried out the Hormel Kids Compleat. More on those later. Starting today, we are back on our school year plan - my son has breakfast at home and lunch either from the cafeteria or packed, my daughter enjoys both breakfast and lunch at school, I eat breakfast (usually oatmeal and fruit) and lunch (usually packed) at work, and my husband eats at home.
