CVS Scenarios - week of 8/8

I can't say that there are many deals that make me want to rush out to CVS this week. I likely will pick up a few things, because I have found a set of deals that works out to be a little better than free. I have some high value ECBs, so I plan to group them into one transaction to use those ECBs.

I wound up not getting back last week, which is probably just as well, I am pretty well stocked on BandAids, I just felt the price was right if I could have found the first aid kits to use in the deal.

Now, I might also add in the Pilot G2 Pens, they are on sale BOGO and I have two $1/1 IP from a few weeks back. The other thing that I will check out is the Colgate BOGO, which includes the children's toothpaste. My kids are not fans of mint toothpaste, so when I can get a good deal on the children's flavors, I try to get those. I have an assortment of $.50 and $1 mfg coupons for the Colgate toothpaste, need to find out which ones will work for the children's toothpaste.

Here is what I love, above are two ways to buy the same things (add the gum to the first scenario and it becomes break even as well) depending on where you start with ECBs. You get $36.98 ($38.96 if you add in the gum) in product for a "profit" of $2.01 in ECBs (or "free" if you add in the gum).
