Well, I am glad to say that I feel much better this week than I did last week. I wound up skipping the entire week of exercising last week. I decided that sleeping in and getting better was more important. I tried my best to tackle the feed a cold mentality that I found myself in. I even went so far as to look it up and find out the origin. From what I read, turns out it is a reference back to the Canterbury Tales by Chaucer and had been loosely translated.
I started the week out by exercising this morning. I will admit, I slept in and only had time for 1/2 hour of exercise. I decided on walking - I'm not sure why, both workouts are of equal length, I just felt less intimidated by walking than The 30 Day Shred. Tomorrow, I plan to get up and do both workouts. Of course, I am staying up later than expected and now I will have a struggle to get out of bed.
I'm excited that I am also going to be an Advocate for Weight Watchers. I am excited by this and though my schedule has been busy and I have missed a few meetings, being invited to be an Advocate is causing me to refocus and I plan to find a meeting that will work for me that I can attend weekly again.
