Another week has come and gone. I finished the week right where I started. This is a good and a bad thing. The good thing is that I managed to take a long weekend vacation to the water park and had a family meal at my parent's, including homemade apple dumplings, and had no gain for the week. The bad thing is that a lack of progress is very unmotivating for me.
The scales at Weight Watcher's on Monday weren't kind either, showing a weight gain from last week...I had just driven home that afternoon from the vacation, so I wasn't surprised, but was a little disappointed. I knew though that by consuming all of my weekly points on Sunday, it was not going to be a good thing.
I am back on track and I plan to report a positive result next week (see me being positive!). I really need to get back into an exercise routine, but with everyone in the house being sick, it is not going to be easy in the short term.
As I said, no weight change this week. I still have 31.5# to go.
